It has been a pleasure using Tim and his team of professionals to paint and repair our home. We had extensive wood rot and sidin that needed replacing before any painting could be done. We learned of Jastim Painting Service through the recommendetion of a friend/co-worker. After receiving a written quote we decided to use his services. Tim spent considerable time with both me and my husband trying to please and accommodate our needs. When Tim found more problems, than first noted, he promptly brought it to our attention and asked how we wanted to proceed. Much of the work could not be detected before delving into the project. We believe in fixing things right rather that covering up the problem. When asked, a second estimate was sumitted for our approval. Tim made numerous inspections of his crews work. He also had another job site to supervise and construction materials to purchese. Even when Tim was not on site, his crew worked very diligently. To get the job done the team was at work by 8:30am and frequently stayed until 7:30pm or 8:00pm. Only due to weather did construction slow or stop.
OVERALL, IT HAS BEEN A VERY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE.

After hearing good things about Tim’s work from neighbors, we decided to hire him to start slowly repairing and painting our house. To date we have had Tim do many projects inside and outside of our home. Painting outside with wood repair, painting the interior of our home including some wood repair and lots of nail pops, adding molding to rooms, painted all doors. Very happy with how meticulous he was and at the end of each day his staff would stop and completely clean their work areas including our house so we could function in the evening then turn around and come the next day to complete more of their progress. Tim also gutted our master bathroom and enlarged my shower with seamless glass and swinging door. Tiled the shower and bathroom floor. Ordered custom cabinets and granite and built and stained to match mirrors and installed toilets and all fixtures. The bathroom is beautiful. It is very evident he takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work. His \”tile guy\” was amazing and made great suggestions. Our last project that Tim has done for us is pressure wash/stain and repairs our deck along with framed lattes with finials. This included replacing boards and some trim. Tim’s carpenter was excellent at replacing rails with updated edges cut instead of the plain we had before. Tim’s pricing is very fair. We cannot say enough about how professional and honest he is. Never once were we unhappy and he always made sure we were completely satisfied with all he has done.
